A new recruit is considered a Consultant-In-Training and will start their new business at 40% commission. Once they have submitted $2000 in Retail Sales, they become a Romance Consultant. When a Consultant-In-Training surpasses $2000 in Retail Sales, their commission will increase from 40% to 45%. You have the potential to increase your commission up to 60% with Pleasures of Romance.
The National Average of Romance Parties are $700 or more (well above the average of most Party Plans), it is well within your reach to earn full time income while only working part-time.
